RATHER LIE was recorded live at The South African College of Music in 2023 and released independently in early 2024. as giuliette’s first official release of original music, the EP explores her personal experiences—moving from the playful beginnings of love to the bittersweet traces it leaves behind once it fades. on vocals and rhythm guitar, giuliette is joined by Lobogang Komane on trumpet, Joshua Wheatley on piano, Josh Nemire on bass, and Luke van Eeden drums.
